Shipping and Delivery

All items offered on Lovesmoment are made to order. This means that when you place an order, we print the item for you, handmade one at a time for the best quality!

How did we complete your orders?

Step 1: We process your order and then hand it over to the design department to make production files.

Step 2: Start printing. We manufacture each item in order, so sometimes this step may take several days depending on the quantity.

Finally: We want to provide you with high-quality products and make sure everything is what you want, so we pack your order carefully, and then send it to the quality inspection department, after checking the quality is no problem, send it out .

Shipping & Handling

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, print quality check, and packaging.

Shipping time: This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.
