Return & Refund
HOW TO RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND, CANCELLATION & MODIFY A PRODUCT?
1. Cancel/Modify:
Since it is a personalized product, in order to ensure the fastest fulfillment, we will start production within 12 hours, which means that orders over 12 hours have entered the printing process, and we do not accept cancellation/modification.
2. Exchange & Replace Products
Since our products are custom made, we will not exchange or provide a full refund unless there is a major problem with the item you received.
 Conditions for refund or exchange
- There is a significant color difference between the preview image of the product and the color of the actual item
- Damage caused by the fault of our factory or the carrier;
- not ordered by you;
Conditions for refunds or exchanges are not supported
- We generally do not accept refunds or replacements due to customer errors, such as: Incorrect selection of size, design, color, etc.
- Failed to preview the design carefully to see if it was set up correctly (as all our print files are auto-generated, exactly like the previews on our website) .
 3. Returns:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for your customized personalized products!
Please contact us if you believe that you have received a product in poor condition (damaged, incorrect item or poor print quality), or the packaging has been tampered with or the product was damaged during delivery. This item is eligible for a full refund or replacement.
 4. Refunds:
You are protected by our buyer protection program: if you have not received your product after 35 business days from the date of purchase (which rarely happens), we will refund 100% of your money!
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on the payment method, you will receive your refund within the following times:
PayPal: within 1 business day
Debit/Credit Card: You can see your refund in about 5-10 business days, depending on the bank.
